Two Nature Made® Fish Oil softgels, when taken daily for a week with a meal for optimal absorption, provide the heart-healthy† omega-3 fatty acids equivalent of two servings of fatty fish.§

It is recommended that healthy Americans consume two servings of fatty fish per week3 providing about 1,750 -3,500 mg of DHA and EPA.† This amount is equivalent to the daily intake of 250-500 mg of DHA and EPA, the critical omega-3s.
